Prime Horology Three-Month Limited Movement Warranty

Warranty Period

Eligible watches are covered for three months from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in the watch’s movement arising under normal use during the warranty period, including mechanical failures that prevent the watch from operating as intended.

Covered repairs include the parts and labor reasonably necessary to correct an eligible movement defect.

What’s Not Covered

The limited warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage, impact, misuse, or improper handling
• Water or moisture damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic components, including the case, crystal, bezel, dial, hands, bracelet, and strap
• Batteries, where applicable
• Damage caused by improper operation or maintenance
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or improper third-party repairs
• Pre-existing conditions specifically disclosed and accepted at the time of purchase

Normal variations in mechanical timekeeping do not automatically constitute a defect. A timekeeping issue will be evaluated against the watch’s movement specifications and documented condition.

Warranty Service

If your watch develops a mechanical issue during the warranty period, contact us at info@primehorology.com before arranging repairs.

Include your purchase information and a description of the issue.

We will review the claim and provide instructions for inspection and warranty service.

For a covered defect, Prime Horology will arrange repair through a qualified watchmaker at no cost to the customer, including applicable insured transportation arranged by us.

If the watch cannot be repaired within a reasonable time or after a reasonable number of attempts, we will provide another remedy as required by applicable law.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some watches may retain coverage under the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Manufacturer coverage is separate from the Prime Horology warranty and is governed by the manufacturer’s own terms.

Eligibility and service decisions remain with the manufacturer.

Prime Horology is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with or authorized by the watch manufacturers represented on our website.

Important Information

This limited warranty applies only to watches expressly identified as eligible in their listing or purchase documentation.

The warranty is provided by Prime Horology and does not extend the original manufacturer’s warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state.

Nothing in this warranty limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
