If a watch materially differs from its description, contact us so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Prime Horology is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer of the watch manufacturers featured on this website.

Brand names and trademarks are used for identification purposes and remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Inventory is subject to availability. Many watches are individual pieces and may be sold through other channels.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors in pricing, product specifications, or availability.

If an error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding. If the order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, we will issue the appropriate refund.

4. Orders and Payment

We accept bank wire transfers, Zelle, cash where applicable, and supported checkout payment methods.

Available payment options and any applicable processing fees will be disclosed before purchase.

Payment must be received and verified before shipment.

For transaction security, we may request reasonable additional verification before accepting or fulfilling an order.

Prime Horology guarantees the authenticity of the watches we sell.

Eligible watches are covered by our six-month limited movement warranty, as described in our Warranty Policy.

Manufacturer warranties are separate and subject to the respective manufacturer’s terms.

9. Sourcing, Trades, and Special Transactions

Watch sourcing, trade-ins, and other individually negotiated transactions may require additional written terms.

Any applicable deposits, agreed prices, delivery arrangements, or special conditions will be communicated before the transaction is finalized.

Separate agreements may supplement these Terms but do not override non-waivable legal protections.

10. Third-Party Marketplaces

Watches purchased through eBay, Chrono24, or other third-party marketplaces may be subject to additional marketplace terms and buyer protections.

Where marketplace requirements apply, these Terms do not override them.
